The 2021 Buster's Hill with its cool and airy nose features notes of red and black cherry, plum and cranberry with hints of rosemary and sage. A juicy and velvety texture, the wine finishes with high tone acidity and fine grained tannins.
The 2021 Reserve Pinot Noir is an etheral pinot expression with a bright and plush pallette, juicy forest berries, violets, with of hint of dried black tea, baking spices and forest floor. The wine's finale is expressed with brisk acidity and fine grained tannins.
