Aged 10 months in 50% new oak, we taste strawberries just pulled from the soil. On the palate, the wine displays a beautifully integrated structure, with refined tannins that coat the mouth and are perfectly balanced by concentrated fruit flavors, nutmeg and tobacco, with dried violets and plum grazing the palate on the savory finish and elevated acidity.
