The 2017 Reserve Pinot Noir is a richly portioned and medium weight offering with well integrated tannins and a seamless finish. It opens with a sweet underbelly of black cherry, plum and a hint of raspberry. A savory offering, there are dancing notes of Christmas spices that helps to create a wine that would partner quite well with salmon, roasted fowl, lamb and pork. Short term cellaring and then enjoy from 2021 - 2028.
