2018 Reserve Pinot Noir

2018 was a near perfect growing season as the temperatures were cool and without major heat spikes, creating wines with wonderful red fruit flavors and good acidity.  Our 2018 Estate Grown Pinot Noir is a perfect expression of time and place.  Aged for 17 months in 100% French oak, 40% new.  This beautiful wine offers juicy flavors of red cherry, red plum and baking spices supported by wonderful acidity and a taut muscularity that provides flavor delineation and length.  The 2018 Reserve Pinot Noir, while requiring additional cellar time, is an elegant wine that will only improve with age and should provide a long drinking window.
